My previous message explained why...it falls on the BOD to finish this..I've looked elsewhere ,it was hard enough to hold my tongue anyways ,what with the BOD living comfortably while we suffer and pay the bill for their outrageous budget. Do they need a 40,000,000 dollar down on that loan?? If so ,they need to let us know ,so that shareholders know why there is dilution ,and what the mark to make is. Dilution can be growth if done right.
