I think the offer and then a jump in the offer immediately following was an interesting move on Ramius's part. LOL

"Hey guys, we will pay 6.50 but lets offer Cypress 5.50 first and see what happens. RATS! Okay - 6.50 it is."

They moved that up way to quick to not have had that in mind to begin with.
