What a bunch of whooy. Lets see some documented reports and/or court documents. At least a public PR instead of just from a BSer. What is DF and the promoter going to pay the lawyer fees with, worthless shares? This sort of statements are common with scam public pinkies. Where is that REAL company with the "free" shares supposed to be. No filings of any kind and just an imaginary company that was never going to happen.

I want to see this in the courts, lets get all the ones and names involved in this BS out in the open, including the promoter. Lets have it public record how and where all the money is going and how the shares are being doled out, what for, and how they are getting sold. All the public PRs and how they've turned out and all of the deception DF and his promoter have been doing. Lets break this WIDE open. You bet. I'm rolling, hilarious. DF better get his divorce attorney together first.

By the time anything could even get through the courts, this ticker will be totally worthless except some shell that at this point going to be hard to sell. It is going to come with a massive amount of baggage.

Any court action, DF and promoter will have to be on the defensive, not offensive. Any actions will more than likely be coming at them, not from them. IMHO
