It would help your cause if you spent even a few minutes fact checking before you post crap like that.

First you say Dong Feng, a multi-billion dollar company would not work with a penny stock company. Well, they are. They signed the JV months ago. It has been PRed multiple times. Dong Feng's name has been used many times by HLNT. If Dong Feng wasn't working with HLNT there would have been a statement issued by Dong Feng the day after the deals were announced. Look at S**I. How long did it take for companies faked to issue a statement they had nothing to do with S**I?

The JV was announced, what, 2 months ago? And still no details. What is the time limit for the JV? The joint venture is not indefinite. Any other details that investors might be interested in regarding the JV? Nope. Nothing. Why not? After all, it was the JV that caused the stock to spike, but we haven't heard anything substancial since then, not even details of the agreement. That seems strange to me.

That's right. It's been over two months since the announcement and Dong Feng is still working with HLNT. Kind of kills your first argument doesn't it? Have you seen a PR from Dong Feng stating HLNT is lying about working with them? I know I haven't. And you say no details have been released? That makes you look even more ignorant when the schedule for the JV was released on the HTI website about a month ago. And if you look at the latest PR, it even tells you how far along they are. In case you missed it, here it is again:

"Our joint venture with Dong Feng Motors on the Hoss utility vehicle continues to exceed our expectations," stated Charlton Coats, CEO of Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. "The last design details are being finalized and the first prototype is already in production. The final design concept drawing that both parties have agreed upon can now be viewed on the company's website," continued Mr. Coats.

Maybe if you actually spent a few minutes on some research, things won't be so strange to you.
