I think that $3.30 was based on a R/S that pulled the floor out on a lot of investors......many were holding at the .03 range when the R/S happened.....then it dropped all the way down to the level you see now....so basically everyone lost about 99% of their investment for a company that diluted the shares to raise more money for the drug trial......all they do use the common share holders....I know this has occured at least twice if not three times.....do not be fooled please.....this is good for a flip only.....nothing good long term with this company....learn from my mistake.
