The biggest problem I would have with that would be keeping us in the dark till the last minute. I mean the he made it clear it would happen in December- don't tell us Dec 31st it ain't happening yet or worse don't say anything at all. KUNI said it would get done since August so he needs to get er done. We have been waiting too long............DEC was last we heard. So, its DEC. But insiders are not signalling anything yet by buying up the stock thats for sure.
