Just by looking at level 2 all morning, it seems MM's are just gathering cheap shares. If you watch closely one MM gets on top of the bid and when someone sells to them they drop off and another MM gets on top of the bid. They have been doing this all morning, while holding .009 support very well.

Seems to me it is just a matter of time before they stop accumaliting shares and start driving the price back up.
