Rich, as a shareholder of EBIG you already ARE a part of it. When will the rest of the world start buying shares and thereby upping the price per share of EBIG? I have no idea. My best guess is that there will be some retail buyers when the chart shows some buying, and likely some of that will occur when EBIG actually gets one of the IPO's to the table. I have no idea if/when institutional buyers will come in. If they do then that's when the stock can really move and seem like an overnight success. But they have to see that the fundamentals are in place, and also that EBIG really does have what it takes to make profitable companies go public, and achieves that in a timely and profitable manner.

When that will happen, I have no idea. Nor is there any guarantee that it will happen. That's the nature of penny stocks.
