Hi Mary --I agree that the finacing deals were not good for the share holders .What we don't really know is were there alternative finacing available ,at the time edig needed operating capital .Since ,Ran was appointed to the CFO position ,then it is upper managements & the BOD's responsibilities to assure that the company strikes the best deals .Additionally ,it has always been my opinion that both the CEO & CFO are charged with both the short & long term financing of acompany .
