CFG (Mr. Clair), exactly what SM business partners or activities are of interest to ASR shareholders? ASR bought the IP and misc. assets, NOT the business, so anything in SM's past is moot at this juncture - stop beating a dead horse here. Further, exactly what evidence do you have that Roth has any conflicts of interest, or even any other business interests for that matter? As usual, you're just beating your drum with empty accusations. Anyone here who has done their own DD recognizes you for what you obviously are... a paid basher.
