a new market maker comes on the box. the stock moves up. now let me ask the board something...if this new mm thinks this stock is going to zero do you suppose he would want to make it look like it's going higher so that you people buy it thinking the "BIG" move is happening so he can short the stock till the cows come home? might want to give that little scenario a tryout. no phones, no towers, no carrier and no FCC. think about it.
