Yes it was filed last month..
As far as the increases coming in every two weeks or so..I would say that an investor or a couple of investors have agreed to buy a certain number of shares on a schedule so as to not to have to lay out the capital all at once..I am looking forward to the filings that tell us who owns the majority..Also the plans from the new management..I wouldn't doubt the next time the company will have a total sold of 3 billion out...veno
