That was before the CIO was selling at .0019 a week over 11 million shares a week before a permit could be made. Multi-billion shares on cgfia. i'm afraid to put my money into this pump.

THE CIO SOLD OVER 11 MILLION SHARES AT .0019 ON DEC 8.
