If 90% of plastics are "pure" Hydrocarbon does that mean 90% of plastics have a value, and we're looking for the remaining free 10% that's mixed and leftover?

You mind listing what plastics have oxygen in them? Cause from what I understand 90%+ of plastics are pure hydrocarbon.......z
