.Certainly there is and has been shorting going on....factual...and it's had some effect on pps...
When do people short?..when they think pps is going down and, speaking generally about shorting practice, shorters make every effort to make sure that happens (pps goes down)...especially whenever the fifteenth day from the date shorted is coming, speaking generally of the regulations as i understood them...Do i have that about right?
Do shorters have to cover by fifteen days starting the day they shorted or fifteen days after they shorted?
Like, e.g., let's say somebody shorted on Dec 2, is the 17th the deadline to cover?
