Scams they have previously cooperated on include Information Arcitects, Diamond Hitts, Ever Glory, Skyway Communications, Accel Energy, IBonzi.com, Digilava, and Televa. They even have most of the previous board, in this one including their lawyer, Michael Corrigan.

The "gang" has gotten back together.
