Next 10-Q is due the Ides of March

The quarter ends January 31

The 10-Q is due 45 days later...Feb 17..St Paddy's Day (OK, so it's 2 days after. The Ides sounds more dramatic.)

Besides, with their reporting record, don't expect to see it before April 17 (just 16 days after April Fools Day)

There are good companies with a bad stock and.. bad companies with a good stock. The key for success of either is the management!!
