I agree with fed that the web site need upgrading. It could be done on the cheap if someone who knew exactly what was required wrote the specs. That is a job that is full of risk when you have others to sell the idea to. If it is done right, it can be viewed before it goes live and then can be done when it is not being accessed. It can be done on the cheap, but requires very exacting specs. Otherwise you get what you pay for.
