I understand what you're saying about chart indicators and how they are important, but there are underlying motivators behind the chart such as filings, stock promotion, juicy press, etc. Obviously this is not a well known stock to most investors out there, so it will take some very attractive things such as what I stated above, and this in turn will increase buying pressure, accumulation, awareness. At this point you will see the chart respond. All I'm saying is the chart does not respond to itself, though it is a very important aspect of the investing strategy here. We need more than the chart to get this going, and I feel that a very attractive revenue filing with more transparency than is currently available will send this stock off with no problem. This is all in my opinion of coarse.
