I am with you on hoping this rallies. My frustration is that the details of the LOI were not so public. A basic LOI can be to "moniter a merger candidate", or "assess an investment" but it does little to show each one of us the "meat and potatoes" that are being served back room.

Very smart for both the STRAIGHT ARROW CEO and the CROOKED CEO.... You tell me... It is all about increasing shareholder equity knowing when we are being sold instead of buying...
