No... and I am sorry if I seemed a little discouraged. I was just pointing out the Business Law aspect of the PR. They are not bound to do anything one way or the other at this point, nor is any company talking to them. A basic letter of intent, when mutual (very important), has no (ZERO) gravity/ consideration for a contract unless one party acts in an unreasonable nature that does so, knowingly causing damage to the other..... (i.e. always Cover Your Ass politics).

There really isn't a firm "deadline" except to loose face with their Longs.....
