If it were me, I would hire a helper that is capable of handling the day to day operations of the Company from both a financial and an operations sense. Then give him or her the authority to do it. Forkner was not hired to do this. He is doing what he was hired to do, and from what I see, not doing to shabby of a job at it. He certainly does not deserve all of your venom. We need to get over the other issue (the legal one) and that will take time. There is nothing we can do. Since it is in New York, I would not be surprised if weather was not an issue. Must be the thaw bulb, or some such nonsense. Maybe is had to do with the Vike's roof falling. Sorry $oldier.

They need to get on a better stock exchange, but that will come.

They need to put out PR's that are specific to the big players. That will take some thought and people and money to grease the skids so to speak. This may require some political help---heaven forbid---Harry Reid.

They have troubles to get over, but nothing insurmountable. They have to do it. We can't. They can ask for our help, and we can help, but anyone would be hard pressed to bring all the worker bees together. That would take a lot of honey.
