The SEC takes all the info that is provided to them and will contact the company directly, usually via telephone. If the company can not come up with some valid evidence to shine some light on what many believe to be blatant lies by the company, then the SEC will hault the stock to do further investigation.

As many folks that have contacted the SEC, I assure you the company has heard from the SEC by now.

If we have not seen a hault on the stock by now, we won't see one.

There were some folks on this thread that said they had contacted the SEC on Saturday. That was 72 hours ago.

It won't get haulted and as long as the company submits some news tomorrow clarifying everything, we could be seeing the .30s, if not higher.
