You answered my thoughts exactly! "From day one here you guys put waaaayyy too much emphasis on message board comments " Provide an example.

"so if everyone says the PRs are great as is and the website is great as is and Whit is doing a great job and doesn't need to change a thing" Provide an example.

"I will read the PR and then click around the site to learn more about the company" Are you the only one that does it this way? Or does every one else do it your way?

I have told you what I think the Company needs to do. Did you read it? Did you offer your opinions? Did you respond?
