My inkling from many years of commission and board meetings (both sides of the table)is that there will be a vote yay or nay on "Pride of the West Mill Permit Approval" at the meeting. It may be conditional or full, but they will vote.

What may happen is that they can give conditional approval with the conditions to be worked out with Erickson, giving CGFIA the opportunity to bring the mill back up to operating condition while working out the final conditions placed on the permit itself due to the tailings, ponds, etc.
