he could have gotten awat with securities fraud and forged certificates



He sort of did get away with it...didn't he? He was nailed in a civil suit but there have been no criminal charges. LoCastro got away with millions from his PCBM days but is paying for his other scams now. (not counting his wife finding out about his Vegas girlfriend).
