Suky, most of us prefer bloodletting, but face facts. It takes a long time for the coagulation to produce good blutwurst, but LO says you can immediately fry (or if you are a heathen, boil) those tasty leeches or maggots ... now where is that garlic butter?

I kinda prefer bloodletting to maggots. Works faster.
