The time lag between them raising the money, finding a new facility, purchasing it, doing upgrades to it, starting to ramp it up, etc... Your looking at quite a timeline there. Look at how long it took to fix up the second facility and get it running. Mark my words, it will probably not be accretive to 2011 EPS, probably only for 2012+... So one needs a longer time horizon to be happy with this event.
