I need help!!!

My old computer will not open up a story from Friday that says on the heading

"Chinas Bright Food close to GNC deal: source (Reuters)
Reuters - Chinas Bright Food Group Co is near a deal to ... it filed registration papers with the U.S. stock ... SYMBOL ( 2010-12-10

OK, Why does Bright have to file papers with the US stock ...? GNC does not have stock. Could that be because NTRZ will be part of the deal?

But, I can't open the story. If someone can open it, please post about it. It is the 2nd story from the bottom and starts, "Chinas Bright Food close to GNC deal: source (Reuters)"
