Regarding authorized shares I did get the following response from Mr. Gelmon:

Q: You mentioned that there is convertible debt, I have read this as well. Assuming you are going to increase outstanding shares, can you tell me approximately when the dilution / conversion is planned to take place?

A: All I can tell you is there hasn’t been any conversions in some time and I am not expecting any as of now. Obviously that is up to the investor and I am not privy to any of their plans. As such, we have no plans on increasing the authorized capital at this time.
