Cozaholic, you are exactly what I refer to when i say many new investors here simply have not done the proper DD.

It is in each and every financial filing you can read for LFBG. Disclunted shares sold to funders to raise cash.

There have been billions of them sold to funders. It is how they rasie cash to cover losses.

At least educate yourself and do some minimal DD. It is a fact not an opinion that this practice takes place here.
