I agree that they're done for the year. With holidays and everything Joe would be a GIANT IDIOT to release anything, but I seriously doubt anything happens with EPGL anytime in the near future. Everyone here is a bagholder or tax writeoff taker at this point.

I disagree that Joe could have released some info this year and helped the PPS, but he didn't and the result was everyone said "pass" and sold their shares.

Two things will happen here in the new year.

1) They'll actually release some info and let shareholders in because they want a YES proxy vote (they'll throw the dogs a bone)

2) They'll keep everything to themselves (assuming that everything was made up) and the shareholders will be SOL. Eventually the MM's will disappear and this will go back to NO BID for a year or two. Worse case is it stops trading entirely and is revoked.

I'm guessing they'll try for #1 and after the bagholders all sell, #2 will be behind #1 in the gates.

Either way this stock is done dealing for some time now.
