Biocentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (BEHL)

It's my understanding that BEHL's business model is to sell the PBR to an investors. Then BEHL will participate in the commercial production of algae, at some percentage. Richard has stated that the PBR in DVJ is owned by such an investor and the land is owned by DVJ, as a joint venture.

It's my assumption that BEHL isn't living up to the purchase agreement, with the investor, and using his money to keep BEHL alive. Therefore, the investor and DVJ has found other resources to move forward on the project. JMO
