Gee, that process sure took a long time ! Luckily JBII is on the fast track!



"That process" (i.e., the one applicable to Taylor Biomass) involves a so-called "major" project requiring an application for a Title V air permit, so it is irrelevant to JBI. There can be no meaningful comparison between the two.
