I used to agree with your logic in Calypso not cutting any deal with T-Mobile until the state court case was settled as a matter of tactics. You are right -- much more to fight about if the company, whose major asset is the 923 patent, is worth $200M as apposed to $15M. I am not sure that logic still holds since possession of the patent is no longer part of the state case, but who knows.
