I suspect most of the speculators who came in on the news of the stay will depart before the end of the stay, certain in the days after if the stay simply expires.

As soon as the court date moved from November to February it should have been clear that there was a probability of any deal being delayed until after the state court was complete.

In any case, I don't see anything changing and I will be joining you in holding my shares until something actually happens that changes the status quo.
