Since the 14C that was filed by the company signaled the intention of a 1-20 reverse split I was just wondering if anyone has seen a record date of that event yet?

Until that record date is posted there has been time provided for people to either divest themselves of this stock or to purchase more to take advantage of the low post split float which should be around 35 million shares for the next 6 months.

This is not a blindside R/S since it was announced as an intention and there has not been a record date filed as of yet. No one can claim surprise here as there has been ample time to either buy or sell this stock depending on the leaning of individual shareholders.
