"The company expects to have the details of the spin-off in a proxy shortly after the closing with IVOI. After the spinoff Hydra’s stock will trade independently." what does this mean for ivoi shareholders ? will hydra be trading under (IVOI) will Ivoi shareholders be issued stocks of HYrda ? Im sooo confused!! will someone please enlighten me
