I sent the following Email to Cal this afternoon. It expresses my opinion:
"Cal,
This Email does not require a response. It is simply to express the opinions of one long time, four year investor in FASC.
There is a growing lack of faith as well as concern growing out of the long periods of no communication from you to the stockholders. It is understandable that you do not wish to make any statements until something is "signed, sealed and delivered". Yet the stockholders want, and I believe deserve, periodic updates on the status of various "irons in the fire" that FASC is now involved with.
A major concernof the stockholders, as I am sure you are aware of, is the fact that the dilution of stock is soon to run out. I believe approximately 19 million shares remain. This, of course, adds to the concern of investors with long periods of silence from you.
Not much else to say. You are running the show. But investor confidence and fair treatment to investors is a major part of your CEO role. I hope you will keep this in full consideration.
Sincerely,
xxxxx xxxxx
