I CONTACTED SAEI TRANSFER AGENT LAST WEEK, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT SAEI AS WAS 300M AND THEIR OS WAS 65M, AND COULDNT DIVULGE THE RESTRICTED

PROBLEM BEING HERE, IS THAT SCREWS THE $1.75 X 61M THEORY
SO NOW ITS $1.75 X 65M= $113.75M

THE OTHER MAJOR PROBLEM I SEE HERE IS THAT WITH AN OS OF 300M, SAEI COULD JUST GET FRAUDULANT ATTORNEY OPINION LETTERS LIKE STEVEN MOSKOWITZ DID ON SPONGETECH, AND GET LEGENDS REMOVED FROM RESTRICTED SHARES, THEN DUMP THEM INTO THE PUMP....BELIEVE IT BECAUSE IT HAPPENED AS A FACT...AND
ITS 100% TRUE, AND DOCUMENTED BY THE COURTS!

Shop girl got me researching SAEI and it's SOOOO typical for lies & deception it's scary.

Feb the company lost it's claim to it's 1 holding.
The Bonanza claim (British Columbia, Canada) was owned 100% by Supatcha Resources Inc., but has expired. The same claim is expected to be extended to Supatcha with an expiry on July 14, 2011.

To maintain the ownership of the claim, the company is obligated to either complete exploration work of Cdn$4.00 per hectare per year for the three years after staking thence Cdn$8.00 per hectare per year in the future years or in the alternative of the exploration expenditures, the payment of the equivalent of cash in lieu prior to the Expiry Date.

This was not reported a done yet. So basically they don't event own this claim, only the option to it.
No news from Apr to Aug and Nov the 10Q shows $5 mill cash from $7k in FEB. And involvement in a deal for 2 claims in the Ukraine.

The fact Supatcha Resources Inc. did not exist 9 months ago and in the latest SEC filing shows they still own nothing. All that has happened is a VC has invested in a story, to date. How can a huge Russian tycoon have any real interest in the company. His group is involved with billion dollar deals with real existing gold companies in Russia, not the Ukraine.

IMO you have a shell company, which has a VC which held hundreds of millions shares, ( a few months ago) (now owned by bagholders) which created a story, and sold shares to retail.

The last part of that story is to drop a name about a possibility for buyout, which is unverifiable and not logical. $1.75 per share for a company which owns nothing, has no profits or history of success. That only had $7k cash & $37k debit 9 months ago.

These pump & dumps PR bull all the time!!! The larger the bull, the more the herd's emotion. Some day you may see the SEC ask for proof of the takeover offer. But that is very doubtful. And the dark masters know it. This risk taking dark side game is based on ROI. I've seen billion dollar amounts being mentioned for companies worth $10,000 cash. There are no sheriffs in the Wild West and the outlaws know it and expect to never get caught!! Plan and simple.

Never believe the PR story, trade the reaction to it !
Friday the price gained a second wind to dump the VCs remaining shares on a Emotional ploy. 77% gain, 25 million shares because of a herd mentality. TRADE that!!!
