Two things I would like to mention before the beginning of the week: First, the 90 stay does not REQUIRE an agreement by the end of that period, only that the parties are working in good faith on an agreement. There is nothing stopping the parties from extending the stay or continuing with the trial. Expecting that something HAS TO happen by the end of that time may lead to serious disappointment.
Second, there is nothing that indicates things have seriously changed other than the state case has been moved into next year. From what I can tell, the selling the last week has been by smaller investors (less than 100K shares) while the buying had been by larger investors (100K and more). Make of that what you want. If things were not looking good I would expect to see larger blocks sold.
