Payout questions???

Admittedly, this is putting the cart before the horse, but ...

I've being hearing that, if(when) we win, U's and K's would be paid in cash but P's would very likely get paid in JPM shares ...

So my first question is, is the above a true statement?

And my second question is, wouldn't the JPM shares drop dramatically considering the mother company had just lost such a large case? And wouldn't this mean that, even though all of us P holders just recouped XXX,XXXX thousands of dollars, our settlement could plummet immediately with the value of the JPM shares? What would the tax implications be?

It obviously might be a moot point, but I was pondering this over the weekend and just wanted the opinion of someone "in the know"
