read this mornings posts. My questions are about the prefered A's, and the CEO COO owning 2.5mil of them collectively... Now if they were to convert, and sell them as commons. WOuldnt there be some paperwork for that? When Insiders sell shares, they have to file paperwork... So did they? That answers the question about the possibility of converted prefereds being sold last Thurs, Fri
