I did this once and the insiders ended up being indicted for securities fraud. The SEC ended up finding more shares issued by the insiders than the insiders had claimed.

Fill out the letter and see what they say op. It was 2 weeks from the time I sent my letter to the time the Enforcement Director in Washington called me directly.
