THE FOREMOST LAW OF INVESTING IN PENNIES
Under the investing laws, any unfledged start-up and any matured, fully functional colossus are the same.
Investing in the start-ups, we are investing in visions. But, wholly lawfully and routinely, as a matter of course, the mob robs equally the fledglings and ourselves: us of our investment, our money -- the fledglings of the means of their growth and development…. under excuses that they are helpless and unprofitable and worthless; have never produced even a single penny and are ridiculous in their immaturity …. and that this is, in a word, what all the helpless "suckers" are for: "to steal candies from them".
For the sake of their lives, aptitudes and visions, the fledglings are forced to survive and develop unconventionally, on meager resources --- and this is used also against them in robbing and devouring them up. Their deaths are the very ultimate crooks' gain here --- and wholly lawful. Such are the law, the politicians, our "system" --- the law that is forged by and for the most indecent and corrupt part of the society in which the simple, decent, trusting and honest people are despicable manipulated slaves and "suckers".
Only the reaching of a sustainable profitability -- upon prevailing against all the hell of odds and injustice -- secures the normal start-up's function. But before that, any upheavals in it would be manipulated, "shorted," devoured – inevitably and wholly lawfully -- in the manner of a devouring of a sprout in a pest infested and dominated garden with the rules like those of the mob infested SEC.
Such is the law, the first and foremost law of the investing…. or the SEC pest infesting…. the same.
