Why did you first buy this stock? What captured your attention?
I have known of this company for 3 years and most that I know is a result of knowing US Filter... a penny stock when Mr. Seidel and team came to work and put that stock in the range of 15 - 20 dollars... That company was so valuable that Seimens bought them after a few spins with some other Euro companies.
At the time of that first buyout, Mr. Seidel left immediately and took nearly his entire team to Underground Solutions. They had the technology but no growth strategy. Now it is in place AND is successful. We know it successful because of the increased number of regional sales managers that have been hired to handle the increased demand from municipalities.
I will not rehash any of the excellent points in Pipes last post. Rather, I want to remind everyone reading this that Mr. Seidel called me because of my e-mail to him. He called me at about 645AM Pacific time!!! Is this man working or what???!!! He obviously cares about his stockholders demonstrated by the phone call. He gave me over 30 minutes of his valuable time and answered ALL of my questions and gave extremely thorough answers not just simple yes/no or short disinterested replies. I am NOT an engineer and SOME things needed some quality replies... and he was comfortable with my level.
Remember as well, that he told me that UGSI WILL be going to the AMEX and that will happen by summer 2009... and the minimum listing requirement is 3 bucks!!! In only 18 months, that will be a 10 bagger!!! Get in now and just wait!!!
This company IS quality and has a quality CEO with a quality vision of the future and the current shareholders will be getting a quality reward when this stock steps up to the big board!!! Good luck to all!
