Could AGT be a front?

This is a response to the coming bashers that will raise the very apparent question: Why is AGT only being registerd after the PR and after prior DD had shown the questionability of its existence?

Incorporation is an act of a private, unknown company to make itself a little more public and be governed under rules that are favorable to its balance sheet and clarify liabilities of the business. There are thousands of businesses that are not registered with their states in which they operate. Thus we would never know they existed unless we lived in that town, knew a worker of the company, or had some other one-on-one contact with the company.

AGT for obvious reasons has chosen now to incorporate in Delaware, and it seems there was a delay in the filing of the paperwork and its listing. AGT could have had its paperwork filed earlier in the week, and due to red tape only now has had it reviewed, accepted, and posted.

For those trying to twist this into a scam, the company has done some inconsistent actions recently, and I'm leaning back to them getting their house in order with the recent PRs which would justify the decisions of the company in the past few months.

With the appearance of AGT as a registered entity, I don't see why a CEO would provide more evidence of fraud if he/she was being deceptive by this action.

IMO

Best to all.
