Yes you are correct if the O/S was 4 billion. They would have had issued all their shares in the A/S for this to happen. I believe the O/S will be less than 40 million and I wouldn't be surprised to hear something from the Company next week in a PR stating what their Share Structure should be after the R/S and how the dividend shares will have to be extended due to the fact the brokers haven't received the certificates yet after the split. I basically bought fake shares last week. This is going to get interesting next week.
