Couple observations:
1. I am still looking for news of this great "scandal" anywhere on any news services. NOTHING yet... course... there are probably no other people as smart as the critics here.... after all... they have that "suspicious" email from a supposed Greg. And one guy... is suppose to have spoken with a guy who says he is Greg ... on the phone.... but nobody else can get through to him. And this "greg" has not posted this scandal on his web site or reported it to authorities yet.
HMMMM.... this sounds to me like the real scam. However... if you guys come up with proof... then fine.

2. A company is supposedly caught in a scam and may be headed to prison..... and they post a warning of action against the people exposing them as bashers?
WOW! Again... if I am on the outside looking in.... my guess is the company is right. If they had been caught.... they would already be doing damage control to get out of this mess the best they could.
If a false N1 was filed with SEC... and no actual buy out offer.... that would be FRAUD and prison!

Something smells bad here.... and it is NOT SAEI!!!! You guys who are bringing these acusations.... PROVE IT!
