I have a question for you or whoever wants to give any suggestions.

I want to transfer my NNVC shares into a Roth IRA account.

TD tells me that I have to sell NNVC and wait the 3 days for settlement then transfer the funds into the IRA and then I can buy back the shares.

Of course , not wanting NNVC to release some "Blockbuster" news while I'm down, I'm trying to pick the "safest" timing to do this.

Would you suggest the week between the holidays?

I realize no one has control over future events but historically is the market usually quiet news-wise during that time frame.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
